Adult Day Support
 As an alternative to traditional day programs, Creative Community Connections’ (CCC) adult day support is offered in small group settings, catering to the distinct interests of participants, encouraging a personal approach, and enabling a focus on learning and using new skills and knowledge. A participant’s choice: Spend a day each week in Creative X-Pressions and/or GO (Getting Out).
Creative X-Pressions
Creative X-Pressions includes opportunities for imaginative dance and movement, arts, crafts, music, drama, and much more! This program is great for individuals who enjoy expressing their uniqueness in a variety of ways.
GO (Getting Out)
 GO participants explore local areas and learn skills that will help them blend into community life.

Please Note: TII is a certified Day Habilitation provider. Under the HCBS Waiver Rule, we offer an alternative to traditional workshop/Day Habilitation services. To receive these services, individuals must be enrolled in the HCBS waiver and choose TII as a HCBS Day Habilitation provider through the Free Choice of Provider Rule (5123:2-9-11). In addition, the services must appear on the consumer’s Individual Service Plan (ISP). Transportation to and from Adult Day Support sites is also provided under the HCBS waiver.
